Coastal Counseling began offering therapy sessions for clients solely online in June 2019. After creating a temporary web solution themselves, they contacted me. While I was tasked with a web design overhaul, they opted for visual updates to their brand identity as well. The main challenge was to appeal to potential clients with a calming, easy to navigate web experience, while also displaying the information in a way that lets clients know exactly what they will be getting into.
